A Technical Design Review (TDR) of the HESEB soft x-ray beamline took place on 4th of June 2019 at DESY in Hamburg. The international reviewer team consisted of Zahid Hussain (LBL), Ruben Reininger (APS) and Svante Svensson (Uppsala U).
